These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the apk488 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By accessing apk488, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play at apk488. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process. Accounts opened by minors will be permanently closed.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited pending investigation. Use your real legal identity when registering.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and apk488 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the apk488 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
2.1 By registering an Account on the apk488 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with apk488's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 Your acceptance is recorded at the point of Account creation when you check the acceptance box during registration. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the Player and apk488 relating to the subject matter hereof.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. apk488 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen, and the matter will be escalated for review in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.
3.2 Residency. The Platform is primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform is consistent with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether gambling is lawful in your location.
3.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who lack legal capacity under applicable law are not permitted to use the Platform.
3.4 Excluded Persons. Current or former employees of apk488, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotions without explicit written authorization from the Company.
Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or have been excluded by the Company are not eligible to re-register. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. apk488 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify apk488 support immediately at [email protected]. The Company reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account suspected of unauthorized use pending investigation.
4.5 Account Closure. apk488 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. Players wishing to voluntarily close their Accounts may do so by contacting customer support.
5.1 apk488 is required under its international licensing obligations and responsible gaming commitments to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to processing large deposits.
5.2 Required Documents. KYC verification typically requires the following documents:
5.3 Verification Timeline. The Company aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. Enhanced due diligence reviews for higher-value accounts may take longer.
5.4 Right to Request Additional Documents. apk488 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during ongoing account use, if the Company has reason to require enhanced verification.
5.5 Funds in an Account subject to pending KYC verification may be temporarily restricted from withdrawal until verification is successfully completed.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. apk488 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the Platform.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although the Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above defined thresholds.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to the Player's Account immediately upon confirmation of receipt by apk488's payment systems. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. apk488 aims to process all withdrawal requests within three minutes of approval during normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In certain cases — including pending KYC review, suspected fraud, or technical maintenance — processing may take longer, and the Company will notify the Player accordingly.
6.6 Method Matching. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (the "source of funds" principle). Exceptions may be made at the Company's sole discretion where the original method is no longer available.
6.7 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not charge currency conversion fees. Any such fees imposed by a Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player.
6.8 Third-Party Payments. apk488 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same legal name as the Player's apk488 Account. Third-party deposits will be returned and the Player's Account may be reviewed.
7.1 apk488 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this Clause 7.
7.2 Wagering Requi rements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 would require total wagers of Rp 3.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is established.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation. The default validity period for bonuses is 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
7.4 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may have variable contribution rates specified in individual promotion terms.
7.5 One Bonus at a Time. A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Requesting a new bonus before the existing bonus has been cleared or forfeited is not permitted.
7.6 Bonus Abuse. apk488 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedge bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated group play designed to exploit promotions, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
7.7 Right to Withdraw Promotions. apk488 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by Players.
8.1 General. All bets placed on the apk488 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, togel lottery, sabung ayam (cockfighting-themed markets), bandar bola (ball dealer markets), slots, and e-sports. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. apk488 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet prior to confirmation at its sole discretion, including in cases of manifest error, system malfunction, or suspected fraudulent activity.
8.3 Odds Errors. In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, apk488 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The Company will take commercially reasonable steps to identify and correct odds errors promptly.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may vary by market, game type, and Player account status. apk488 reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion.
8.5 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including: match or event abandonment, postponement beyond defined rescheduling windows, verified data feed errors, or where the Company determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised.
8.6 Winnings Settlement. Winnings are credited to a Player's Real Money Balance promptly following the settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times for sports events follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches, FIFA for international fixtures).
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk488 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
9.2 Consequences. Upon detection of any prohibited activity, apk488 may, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Account; void all pending and settled bets connected to the prohibited activity; forfeit any balances (real money and bonus) held in the Account; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

11.1 All content on the apk488 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of apk488 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This license does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; creating derivative works based on Platform content; using Platform content for commercial purposes; or reverse-engineering any aspect of the Platform's software.
11.3 The apk488 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
12.1 The apk488 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk488 makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
12.2 apk488 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or Force Majeure; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; loss of winnings or data resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to adequately protect their credentials; or decisions made by the Player based on information displayed on the Platform.
12.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, apk488's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13.1 apk488 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and/or via email to the address registered on the Player's Account, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.
13.3 The date of the most recent revision is shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk488 holds its international gaming license. Where Indonesian law applies to a specific matter by operation of mandatory law, that law shall govern that specific matter.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between the Player and apk488, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the apk488 customer support team. The Company aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to issue a final decision within 14 business days.
14.3 Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal orders otherwise.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
